These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NumRush, a mobile application developed and operated by TehRocketLab ("we", "us"). By downloading or using NumRush you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

NumRush is available to users of all ages. However, the leaderboard and display name features are restricted to users aged 13 and older, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws.

2. License to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use NumRush for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the app for any commercial purpose without written permission
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the app or leaderboard

3. Leaderboard and display names

The leaderboard is a public feature. By submitting a score with a display name, you agree that:

• Your chosen display name and score will be visible to all users of the app
• Your display name must not contain offensive, hateful, or misleading content
• We reserve the right to remove any score or name that violates these Terms at our sole discretion
• Scores obtained through manipulation, cheating, or exploiting bugs will be removed

4. Fair play

We reserve the right to ban any user or device from the leaderboard for violations of fair play.

5. Ads and monetisation

NumRush is free to play and is supported by optional advertising. By watching an ad you earn additional plays. Ads are never shown without your initiation. We do not use behaviorally targeted advertising for users under 13.

6. Intellectual property

All content in NumRush — including the name, logo, design, sounds, and code — is owned by TehRocketLab or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

NumRush is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TehRocketLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — NumRush, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed SGD 10.

9. Privacy

Your use of NumRush is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to NumRush at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms, without notice or liability.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
